This page surfaces every book's Read / Caution / Skip verdict in one ranked list. Each card tells you three things: who the book is for, who should skip it, and our overall recommendation — plus a 0–100 confidence score for that recommendation.
"Read" means most readers can safely commit. "Caution" means there are real triggers to check first. "Skip" doesn't mean the book is bad — it means for most current emotional states the cost outweighs the payoff. We deliberately don't use a five-star system, because stars push toward "average rating", and reading is a personal decision that needs a clear "is this for you right now?" instead.
